2007 Registration Information

For the first time in the Plains Indian Museum Seminar’s history, the 2007 program addresses indigenous cultures and peoples outside of the North American Great Plains with the objectives of comparison, exchanging information, and providing understanding of the significance and processes of cultural preservation for Native communities.

Seminar Registration

2007 REGISTRATION FORM

Registration is limited to seating available in the Historical Center's Coe Auditorium. Be sure to register early as participants are accommodated on a first-registered, first-served basis. The $95 seminar fee includes the opening reception, seminar sessions, coffee breaks and information packets. Buffalo Bill Historical Center Members receive a 10% discount.

Scholarships

2007 SCHOLARSHIP FORM

A limited number of partial and full scholarships are available for participants - particularly for Native American students. Scholarship funds cover registration fees and provide some assistance with travel and lodging expenses.

Scholarship assistance is provided by the Marion and Richard A. Pohrt Indian Art Scholarship Fund. Scholarship applications are due by September 1, 2007, although applications are accepted until all scholarships are awarded.

Transportation & Accommodations

For information on travelling to Cody, the Cody Chamber of Commerce and the Park County Travel Council are excellent resources for planning your trip to the Plains Indian Musuem Seminar.
