Our pricing schedule is based on the
final use and photographic process involved. The table below
links you to the detailed price structure.
COMMERCIAL USE
Commercial use applies
to businesses utilizing our photographic materials for motives of
profit; this may include publications, film, or product use.
BLACK & WHITE IMAGES
For Publications Use
Existing Photography
· Interior use — $40.00 per black and white image
· Cover use — $100.00 per black and white image
New/Custom Photography
Custom photography includes detail shots, custom angles, and
special setups
· Additional $15.00 per two-dimensional object
· Additional $50.00 per three-dimensional object
COLOR IMAGES
For Publications Use
Existing Photography
· Interior use — $100.00 per color image
· Cover use — $200.00 per color image
· 4 x 5" color transparencies are lent for a three-month period,
additional months are $25.00 per month.
· Replacement cost — $150.00 per 4 x 5" color transparency
New/Custom Photography
Custom photography includes detail shots, custom angles, and
special setups.
· Additional $15.00 per two-dimensional object
· Additional $50.00 per three-dimensional object
HISTORICAL FOOTAGE
Film and Video/VHS
· Reproduction fee — $350.00 for the first minute and $150.00
for each subsequent broadcast minute
Videos of historical film are lent for a three-month period;
additional months are $50.00 per month. Film replacement cost is $450.00. Video tape deposit is $250.00.
PRODUCTS
Reproduction fees for photography
to be used on products such as calendars, posters, postcards and T-shirts.

NON-PROFIT USE
Nonprofit use is any application
of photographic materials for personal or academic use or by an organization
such as an educational institution (school, university, museum, library),
church, charity, or nonprofit, tax-exempt [501(c)(3)] organization.

STUDY OR RESEARCH USE
Study use is the purchase of
an image to hang on the wall of a private home. Research use is for individuals involved in a research project who require an image
to consult, for purposes of investigation.

Custom photography includes detail shots, custom angles, and

RESEARCH | POSTAGE & HANDLING
RESEARCH - Orders requiring additional research are subject to an additional $35.00 per hour fee.

Postal Service First Class mail are as follows:

$5.00 (6-10 items)
International Orders — shipped
at current U.S. postal rates, plus $3.00 handling fee
· Oversized images may require additional
postage and handling charges.
· We can also ship materials Federal Express (FedEx), if you supply
FedEx account number or use a credit card to cover shipping fees.
RUSH ORDERS
A 25% surcharge is added to all
rush orders (any orders requiring less than a two-week turnaround). |
