Buffalo Bill Historical Center - 2008 Season

The opportunities include:
Admissions Clerks - Individuals who are 18 years old or older to assist visitors with purchasing their admissions. Positions are available for 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.
We are seeking individuals with good cash handling skills, who are pleasant, enjoy talking to others, and can handle a busy work environment. This position starts at $8.50/hr.
Food Service at the Mustang Grill and the Pony Espresso - Individuals who are 15 years old or older to prepare delicious food and drinks, serve our visitors, run the cash register and clean the kitchen and visitor areas.
Positions are available for several prime periods, seven days a week. This position starts at $8.50/hr.
Sales Associate at the Museum Selections Store - Individuals who are 18 years old or older to stock shelves, assist visitors and run the cash register. Positions are available for several time periods, seven days a week. This position starts at $8.50/hr.
Seasonal Custodians - Individuals who are 16 years old or older to clean the public and behind-the-scenes areas of the museum. This shift is 7 p.m. to 3 a.m., a variety of days of the week. We are looking for hard workers who are willing to make sure we are sparkling clean.
Previous custodial experience is a plus. This position starts at $9.50/hr.
Seasonal Gallery Guards - Individuals who are 18 years old or older to ensure the safety or our visitors and collections within the five museums of the BBHC. Individuals work part time or full time hours.
Shifts include 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., 2 p.m. to 8 p.m., and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., a variety of days of the week. This job requires a high school diploma, spending extended periods of time on your feet, and a friendly personality. This position starts at $8.50/hr.
Seasonal Grounds Maintenance - Individuals who are 16 years old or older to mow the grass, trim, weed, do landscaping, set up and tear down of events, and keep the grounds spotless. The schedule is 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., a variety of days of the week.
All employees work during the day on July 4th. We are looking for hard working, reliable individuals who enjoy spending the day outdoors. This job requires heavy lifting, working in all weather conditions, and maintaining a neat appearance. Previous mowing or other landscaping experience is desirable. This position starts at $8.50/hr.
