Two Membership Day Trips

Members of the Patrons Association are invited to two days of trips in our beautiful corner of Northwest Wyoming.
#1 - Friday, June 6 - Yellowstone National Park
Charles Preston, PhD, Curator of the Draper Museum of Natural History leads us on a trip on the lower loop of Yellowstone National Park.
Always a good chance to see grizzly bears, osprey, bison, elk, harlequin ducks, and other wildlife, and learn more about the geological forces continuing to shape Yellowstone's landscape. For members only. Registration required. $55 fee includes light refreshments, but please bring a sack lunch.
#2 - Saturday, June 7 - Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area
Local guide and historian Bob Richard takes us to visit the Bighorn Canyon National Recreation Area. We learn about the history and visit the historic Carolyn Lockhart Ranch, and see the restoration work in progress with NPS Cultural Resource Program Manager Chris Finley. Time permitting, we also visit the Ewing-Snell and the Hillsboro/Cedarvale Ranches. For members only. Registration required. $55 fee includes light refreshments, but please bring a sack lunch.
