Gretchen Henrich joined the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in 1999 as the Children's and Family Program Coordinator. She came from West Virginia where she was Curator of Education at Oglebay's Good Zoo. In her 22-year career, she has developed both humanities and science education programs in museums.
As Acting Director of Education, Henrich is currently responsible for managing interpretive programs and services within the Center. She is also working on exhibit element interpretation and media offerings including the Web site, gallery guides, and hands-on exhibitry throughout the museum. Henrich is a National Association for Interpretation Certified Interpretive Guide.

Emily holds a banded Ferruginous Hawk before releasing it in the Bighorn Basin.
Emily is the natural science educator and interpretive specialist in the education department. She leads interpretive initiatives in all areas of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. As an NAI Certified Interpretive Trainer, Buckles works with the docents and seasonal staff to develop interpretive programs and activities. Originally from New Hampshire, Buckles holds a master's degree from Pennsylvania State University and an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Emily has been in the informal education field since 1999, first as a collegiate lacrosse coach, and then as a field instructor and faculty member at Teton Science Schools in Kelly, Wyoming.

Megan Smith joined the education staff at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center in 2006 as the Public Programs Coordinator. Smith previously worked as the Assistant Director at The Nature of Things, an environmental education outreach organization, in New York. She has dedicated her 13-year career to informal education at museums, nature centers, and other organizations. Smith earned a B.S. in Environmental Science from Indiana University and a M.S. in Ecology from the University of New Haven. As the School Services Coordinator, she is responsible for the outreach and on-site services that the Buffalo Bill Historical Center offers students and teachers. She also works on the curriculum development of outreach materials, tour outlines, and the development of new online curriculum. Smith is a published author of non-fiction children's books, as well as a Certified Interpretive Guide through the National Association for Interpretation.

Jill has worked for the Buffalo Bill Historical Center since 1998 in various departments. Currently she is in the interpretive education department with a focus on western decorative arts. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, she attended school at Concordia College in St. Paul with a focus on fine art.
