Your Gifts at Work Every Day

Your membership contribution sustains a spectacular array of exhibits, supports research, and makes possible the restoration and preservation of the objects and documents that enlighten our visitors about the Spirit of the American West. In addition to the approximately 200,000 visitors each year, thousands use the resources of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center online and through exhibitions in other places that feature items from the collection at the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Whether western art, Plains Indians, firearms, the Greater Yellowstone region, or the life and times of Buffalo Bill, the Center is considered the authority that brings all of these pieces together to tell the stories that have inspired and continue to enthuse people throughout the world.

You Help Close the Gap

Private support from our members and donors are essential to fulfilling the mission of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. Admissions and other earned income revenue cover only 43 percent of our budget, which means significant dollars need to come from members and donors to deliver the visitor experience that you have come to expect. Your investment is critical to provide education for adults and children, to restore, preserve, and expand the articles in the collection, and to reach beyond the walls of the Buffalo Bill Historical Center. To serve as the world's leader in presenting authrntic interpretation and compelling experiences about the American West, we are counting on you.

Your membership is truly vital to our mission and financial well-being.
