STIPENDS & HOUSING
Summer Apprenticeships are full time, paid positions during the summer
months. A stipend of approximately $6.75 per hour is provided, based
on a 40-hour workweek. Housing is the responsibility of the student.
Availability of housing is somewhat limited in the summer months.
Students are encouraged to make housing arrangements early in the
spring. Most students have been able to locate housing at rental rates
of $300-$500 per month, depending on the type of accommodations desired.
American Indian Summer Internships are generously provided by: The GE Fund.

The direct supervisor assigns specific intern job responsibilities.
