Please print your online order form, billing
information, and shipping information (if different from your
billing information) and enclose with your check or money
order, including shipping charges, payable to "Museum
Selections." Checks must be in United States dollars
and drawn on a United States bank. Please do not send cash
or international money orders.
You must use a credit card to place an order
in the online Museum Selections store. We accept the following
credit cards: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Please do not use dashes or spaces when entering your credit
card number, and be sure to include the expiration date in
mm/yy format (for example: 04/05).
You may also pay by check or money order when
placing an order by regular mail. Please make your check or
money order payable to "Museum Selections." Checks
must be in United States dollars and drawn on a United States
bank. Please do not send cash or international money orders.
In the event that the price for an item has been mislabeled
due to any error on our Web site www.bbhcstore.com, or any
other domain names registered by the Buffalo Bill Memorial
Association, Museum Selections maintains the right to not
honor any said price until the order is verified and shipped.
A Museum Selections representative will contact the customer
directly in the event of any such occurrence.
Please note that the shipping rates for many
of the items we sell are weight-based. The weights of most
items can be found on its detail page, with the exception
of fine art and large items. To reflect the policies of United
Parcel Service (UPS), all weights will be rounded up to the
next full pound. A $2.00 per order handling fee is included
in this charge.

We are required to collect a sales tax for all
sales made within the state of Wyoming according to the county
to which the package is shipped.
There is no tax on Memberships.

Museum Selections will ask you to provide the
information necessary to fulfill your order. This is the same
information requested when you place an order by telephone
or through the mail: name, billing and shipping address, telephone
number, email address (if you have one), and credit card number.
For reasons of security, credit card information is not stored
permanently on the Web server. We will retain your order information
for our records, but this information is never shared with
third parties.
The Historical Center asks you to provide the information necessary to process and service your Membership: name, billing and shipping address, telephone/fax number, email address, and credit card information. We do not store full credit card numbers; only the last 4 digits are displayed in our database as evidence of payment method.
This Web site collects some anonymous information
about you automatically when you request pages through your
browser. This information is used to keep track of your shopping
basket and to help us monitor how you and other visitors use
the site, allowing us to provide an optimal shopping experience
and better service throughout the site. The information collected
automatically by the Web server does not, however, contain
anything that can identify you personally (such as your email
address).
We read every email message that we receive. If you email the Historical Center via our contact pages, your message and email address is automatically sent to the appropriate department within the Center. This department may choose to save your information in case you decide to contact us again.
